Damage Evaluation and Damage Report
Damage evaluation is carried out after a fire so that the insurance company may be given a clear, comprehensive picture of the extent of damages. Fire restoration measures are planned on the basis of the evaluation in order to restore the damaged object. The injured party – in other words, the policyholder – commissions fire restoration in consultation with their insurance company.
We work in a structured manner and evaluate damages room by room by photographing and documenting the process. After we are done, the insurance company receives a damage report describing and documenting the extent of damages. The damage report is also important in terms of disputes and the like that can arise later.
We have extensive experience of fire restoration and damage evaluation from Kokkola to Kristiinankaupunki. When conducting damage evaluation, we also suggest suitable fire restoration measures. Moreover, we can take charge of the work from beginning to end: demolition, cleaning, and reconstruction.
